La serie sobre la Escuela Hostelerìa de Lausanne, « A su servicio », se sumerge en el fascinante universo de la escuela más prestigiosa de su tipo. 2.800 estudiantes, un hormiguero en el que los jóvenes futuros hoteleros y directivos se abren paso tocando todos los aspectos de una profesión que va desde la pastelería hasta los recursos humanos. Entre las 114 nacionalidades presentes en el campus, la selección es difícil, el campo exigente. Seguimos el fascinante pero difícil viaje de los jóvenes, su pesadilla en la cocina, su blues en el entrenamiento, pero también sus descubrimientos y sus éxitos.<\/span><\/p>
